International Seminar on The family, the market or the State? Intergenerational economic support in an ageing society
University of Geneva, Switzerland, 23-24 June 2010
Jointly organized by the IUSSP Scientific Panel on the Impacts of Population Ageing
and AIDELF (International association of French-speaking demographers)
The seminar will run parallel and is organized in collaboration with the AIDELF 16th General Conference on "Intergenerational Relations: Demographic Issues" 21-24 June 2010. Great synergies are expected from this IUSSP-AIDELF cooperation, starting with the local organizing committee, which will be that of AIDELF. (Complete AIDELF Conference Programme).
Both English and French will be used at the Seminar, where no simultaneous translation will be provided.
