The Population-Environment Research Network (PERN) cordially invites you to participate in its online seminar on Population, Consumption and Environment Dynamics from 17-31 May 2004.

The purpose of this on-line seminar is to explore a research agenda for studying the linkages between population, consumption and environment. A background paper on the subject is available for downloading from the Cyberseminars page of the PERN website: http://www.populationenvironmentresearch.org/seminars.jsp. In addition, the following individuals have kindly agreed to serve as expert panelists:
