Annual Membership Fees (2010)
Full Members
| REGULAR DUES EUR 90 or USD 129 |
Members permanently residing in a country with a GDP per capita over USD 10,000; members who earn an income (salaries, allowances etc.) from international organisations, or who earn income of a comparable amount. |
| REDUCED DUES EUR 45 or USD 64 |
Members over 65 years of age and retired; members who are nationals or permanent residents of a country with a GDP per capita between USD 4,000 and USD 10,000, who do not earn an income (salaries, allowances etc.) from international organisations, or who do not earn income of a comparable amount. |
| VERY LOW DUES EUR 22.50 or USD 32 |
Members who are permanent residents of a country with a GDP per capita under USD 4,000, who do not earn an income (salaries, allowances etc.) from international organisations, or who do not earn income of a comparable amount. |

Members who have reached the age of 80 may request exemption from paying Dues. |
| COUPLE MEMBERS | One member of the couple may opt to pay Reduced Dues, the couple then receive only one set of journals. |
All Full Members receive yearly subscriptions to Genus (Rome) and substantial discounts for all IUSSP Publications. In addition, members receive the IUSSP Bulletins, Conference Information Bulletins and access to the restricted areas of the IUSSP web site. They also have the option of making a selection from a list of international demographic journals to which they can subscribe at a special discounted rate negotiated by the IUSSP for its members.

Candidates must be graduate students and provide confirmation from their institute that they are registered as full-time students; such confirmation must be provided every year on renewal of membership. Membership is limited to 4 years, after which they must apply for full membership. Student Associate Members have access to the private pages of the IUSSP Web-site and receive the IUSSP Bulletins.
