Submission Guidelines

All submissions are required to include all of the following information:

  • Title of paper (no more than 20 words; no abbreviations)
  • Name(s) of Author(s) and Affiliations (include the corresponding author’s email address)
  • Keywords (4-6 keywords)
  • Abstract (Word limit: 250 word maximum)
  • Each abstract must consist of the following:
    • Problem Statement (60 words maximum)
    • Aim (40 words maximum)
    • Methodology (60 words maximum)
    • Findings/Results (60 words maximum)
    • Conclusion (60 words maximum)
  • Short biography of author(s) (150 words maximum)
  • All submissions are to be uploaded in Microsoft Word format and emailed tocrcpsdtt@sta.uwi.edu to Ms. Taresa Best, Programme Chairperson
  • Submissions will not be accepted if they fail to satisfy the guidelines that have been set
