UN ECLAC, UNSD, Cepei, and the Global Partnership are delighted to invite you to a webinar on data interoperability. We will talk about the importance and the opportunities that data interoperability provides to strengthen the production of data and statistics amidst the challenges that NSOs in Latin America and the Caribbean face today.
It will also help to introduce the newly translated brief of the Interoperability: A practitioner’s guide to joining-up data in the development sector to Spanish. (Please find it here.) INEGI will be discussing their use of this resource to guide their efforts in Mexico. Finally, it will be an opportunity to gather feedback on the data interoperability maturity model (attached) developed within the Collaborative on SDG Data Interoperability.

La Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), la División de Estadística de las Naciones Unidas (UNSD), la Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data (GPSDD) y Cepei tenemos el gusto de invitarlos al Webinar Interoperabilidad: un puente para fortalecer los datos y alcanzar los ODS que se llevará a cabo el 30 de julio de 2020 entre las 10:00 a.m. y 11:30 a.m. (EST) a través de la plataforma Zoom.
El Webinar será una oportunidad para presentar la importancia y las oportunidades que brinda la interoperabilidad para fortalecer la producción de datos en un marco sostenible y ante los desafíos que enfrentan las oficinas nacionales de estadística en América Latina.
Durante el evento virtual, la UNSD y la Global Partnership presentarán la guía de interoperabilidad: Utilizar los datos para vincular los esfuerzos de desarrollo (Ver resumen ejecutivo) y el modelo de madurez de interoperabilidad (adjunto) que han desarrollado en el marco de la iniciativa Collaborative on SDG Data Interoperability. Asimismo, el INEGI y la Cepal discutirán cuáles han sido sus experiencias respecto a la interoperabilidad a nivel nacional y regional.
