Lanre Ikuteyijo has a doctorate in Sociology and Anthropology with specialization in Criminology and Security Studies from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. His areas of research interests include; participatory policing, irregular migration and transitional justice. He is a visiting researcher at McMaster University, Canada. He is also a Senior Faculty member at the Obafemi Awolowo University.
